Refund Policy

When you make a purchase on our website, it's important to be aware of and accept our Return & Refund policy. If you're not completely thrilled with any item from your order, feel free to send it back within 30 days of its shipment date. We'll happily give you a full refund, minus the shipping charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to process return requests that are received after 30 days.

Defective Items: If you happen to come across a faulty item, just reach out to our Customer Service Department and we'll gladly assist you in getting a replacement, repair, or refund from the manufacturer.

Damaged Items: If you happen to receive a damaged item in your order, we kindly request that you promptly notify us and provide us with photos of the damage. It would also be greatly appreciated if you could hold on to the original shipping materials. Rest assured, we've got you covered if any items are damaged during transit. We'll happily provide a replacement or refund.

Elective Returns: Only items returned in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition are eligible for refunds. Refunds do not cover the item's original and return shipping costs. We take care of these costs ourselves when delivering and returning the item.

Cancellations: Get in touch with our customer service team right once if you want to cancel your purchase. Cancellations of orders are typically processed within one business day after the original order.
